Season the pork with salt, pepper and cumin to taste. Rub the rosemary and oregano sprigs into the meat.
Heat the butter in a deep frying pan, roll the chops in the flour and fry them on both sides. Add the halved apricots, stir and after 5 minutes pour the beer.
Stew the dish on low heat for 20 minutes, remove the lid and cook for another 5 minutes. Distribute portions and serve the dish warm, garnished with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
