How To Cook Pork Chops In A Pan With Butter, Apricots And Beer - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 3-4 pork chops
  • 50 grams of butter
  • salt, pepper, cumin to taste
  • 200 grams of peeled apricots
  • 80 milliliters of beer
  • 1/2 teaspoon flour
  • a few sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • a stalk of fresh oregano

 

Method of preparation:

 

Season the pork with salt, pepper and cumin to taste. Rub the rosemary and oregano sprigs into the meat.

Heat the butter in a deep frying pan, roll the chops in the flour and fry them on both sides. Add the halved apricots, stir and after 5 minutes pour the beer.

Stew the dish on low heat for 20 minutes, remove the lid and cook for another 5 minutes. Distribute portions and serve the dish warm, garnished with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
