How To Cook Pork Chops In A Pan With Lemon And Parmesan - Recipe

Required products :

  • 8 pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2-4 tablespoons cold pressed olive oil
  • 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan, finely grated

For garnish :

  • lemon slices
  • thin slices of parmesan
  • fresh parsley leaves
  • grainy mustard

Method of preparation :

  • Place the pork chops between two sheets of baking paper and thin them with a steak hammer.
  • Season them on both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Saute the steaks for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. If necessary, add more fat to the pan.
  • Arrange them in a plate of appropriate size and sprinkle with lemon juice and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Garnish with a few thin slices of parmesan (you can cut them with a vegetable peeler) and fresh parsley leaves.
  • Serve the pork chops with grainy mustard.
