How To Cook Pork Chops In Breadcrumbs With Milk And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of pork
2-3 eggs
2 cloves garlic
salt and pepper to taste
4-6 tablespoons oil
10 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons fresh milk (can sour cream)

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the pork into portions 1-1.5 cm thick, which you pound and season with salt and ground black pepper.

 

Beat the eggs with the milk, add the crushed garlic cloves and add salt and pepper.

 

Roll each steak in flour, dip in eggs.

 

Roll in flour again.

 

Fry the meat in hot oil for about 5 minutes on one side.

 

Turn from the other and let it cook until a golden crust forms.

 

If the meat is not from a young animal, after frying, put in a suitable dish, pour a little water, close with a lid and let simmer for about 10 minutes.

 

The dish is ready. Serve with a garnish of your choice or with a salad of fresh vegetables.
