Season each steak with salt, pepper and cumin. Set aside and heat the butter in a pan. Fry the onion until golden and season with paprika.
Once softened, add chopped eggs, pickles and stir. In another bowl, seal the meat in oil on both sides, stew for 10 minutes and pour the resulting sauce.
Cook over low heat for 20 minutes and cool. Distribute portions, serve and eat.
