Pork has always been the right choice for a hearty meal. Here is an idea for pork chops. The ingredients are for 4 servings , and the preparation will take you no more than 30 minutes .

 

Necessary ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1/4  tea cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 450 grams of Brussels sprouts, peeled and halved
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 200 grams of cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

 

Method of preparation

Beat the pork chops to make them thinner and more tender.

In a large bowl, mix the flour, 1 teaspoon of paprika, a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper. Roll the chops in the mixture and set them aside.

Fry the Brussels sprouts on medium heat for 6-7 minutes until soft and slightly browned. Remove from the pan and cover the cabbage to keep warm.

In the same pan, add a little more oil. Fry the chops for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the heat and cover to maintain the temperature.

All we have to do is prepare the sauce! Mix the cream, milk and brown sugar in a small bowl. Put in a pan and heat for 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle the sauce with the remaining paprika.

Serve the finished cutlets and Brussels sprouts and put the sauce on them. Enjoy your meal!
