Required products :

  • 4 pork chops
  • 3 tea cups mushrooms, cut in bulk
  • 2-3 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 teaspoon brandy
  • 1 teaspoon cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Method of preparation :

  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the steaks with salt and pepper and fry for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  • Transfer them to a plate and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm while you prepare the sauce.
  • Stew the mushrooms in the pan, adding oil if necessary.
  • When the mushrooms are almost done, add the onion and garlic, stir and cook for a few more minutes.
  • Add the brandy and stir again.
  • Add the cream and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Add the broth, stir and cook to the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Return the steaks to the pan, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
Note!
 
If you do not want to use alcohol in the recipe, replace it with chicken broth.
