How To Cook Pork Fillet With Leeks And Bacon In Puff Pastry - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 grams of pork fillet (you can use tender beef)
  • 10 grams of butter
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • the white part of a stalk of leek (about 50 grams)
  • 2 pieces of bacon (10-20 grams)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry (about 300 grams)
  • 1 egg
  • 30 grams of cheese

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the meat into pieces 1-1.5 cm thick, pound them lightly and fry in oil on all sides until crusty.

 

Cut the pepper into cubes and fry until soft, along with finely chopped leeks and bacon. Add the chopped garlic.

 

Roll out puff pastry sheets thinly (about 5 millimeters). Cut it into squares with a side of 10 centimeters and grease each with a little melted butter. Put a piece of meat and stuffing, and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

 

Spread egg whites on the edges of the dough and close the filling, forming patties.
