Tender pork fillet with rice, broccoli, peas and carrots - a great dinner for the whole family. The ingredients are for 4 servings , and it will take you only about 30 minutes to make . Enjoy your cooking!

 

Necessary products

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 slices of pork fillet, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup carrots, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup broccoli, finely chopped
  • 2 green onion stalks, finely chopped
  • 2 broken eggs
  • 1 cup boiled rice, chilled
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried ginger

 

Method of preparation

Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Put the meat, carrots, broccoli, peas and green onions inside. Cook for 9-10 minutes until the pork is tender. Remove from the heat and place the contents of the pan in a large bowl or plate. Return the pan to the hob.

Stir the egg into the pan until it thickens. Put the pork and vegetables back inside. Add rice, soy sauce, garlic powder and ginger. Mix all ingredients. Cook for another 7-10 minutes on medium heat.

Serve the finished dish while it is warm. You can serve with a slice of lemon and a sprig of parsley. Enjoy your meal!
