Necessary products:

  • 600 grams of pork
  • 20 ml of vegetable fat
  • 100 grams of onions
  • 3 p.m. л. Dijon bitterness
  • 1 tsp ground red pepper
  • 1 tsp Sol
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 10 grams of brown sugar
  • 200 grams of tomatoes
  • 250 ml of light beer

Method of preparation:

Cut the meat into cubes about 2-3 cm in size. Remove the excess fat and fry them over high heat until golden. Reduce the heat and in the same pan lightly fry the onion, cut into thin semicircles. Transfer the meat to a thick-walled saucepan, add the onion, mustard and spices. Make a small incision in the tomatoes (like a cross), soak them for half a minute in boiling water and then peel. Cut the soft part into small cubes, put them in a saucepan, add salt, beer and stew with the lid closed over low heat for an hour. The meat should be soft. You can thicken the sauce with 1-2 teaspoons of corn flour (add the flour, stir and bring to a boil).

The pork is served hot.
