How To Cook Pork In Soy Marinade With Garlic In The Oven - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Pork in soy marinade with garlic in the oven". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 700-850 grams of pork (neck)
  • 5-7 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3-5 cloves of garlic
  • ground pepper of choice (black, red or other)
  • 1-2 heads of old onions
  • 1-3 tablespoons oil

Method of preparation :

Peel and squeeze the garlic cloves and place them in a deep bowl. Add all the spices to them (you can use ready-made meat seasoning), pour the soy sauce and stir. Optionally, you can add a little grated ginger if you want the marinade to acquire a slight spiciness.

Wash and dry the meat, cut into portions, which rub abundantly with the aromatic liquid. Pour the remaining amount over the pork and leave it to marinate for at least an hour.

Then, to make the meat more juicy, "seal" it by frying for 3-5 minutes on each side in very hot fat. This will form a crispy crust that will store the meat juices.

Cut the onion heads into slices, you can season with salt and pepper. Arrange them in a greased pan and then put the pork.

Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature. If desired, you can cover the dish with aluminum foil.

You can serve with your favorite garnish or with fresh vegetables.

Enjoy your meal!
