How To Cook Pork Liver Skewers In A Veil (grilled) - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Skewers of pork liver in a veil (on fire)". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1.5 kg pork liver (fresh)
  • pork veil
  • onion head
  • connection fresh parsley
  • lemon
  • salt, pepper and other spices of your choice

Method of preparation :

Wash the liver well, clean it thoroughly from the skins (as much as possible) and cut into pieces about 4-5 centimeters in size. Put in a saucepan and add finely chopped onions, parsley, season and sprinkle with lemon juice. Stir and let the liver marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Spread the veil on a suitable surface and cut into squares large enough to wrap each piece of liver separately (you can leave parsley glued to the pieces).

You need to wrap the bites tightly on all sides so that they do not burn.

String tightly on skewers, which bake on charcoal for 5-10 minutes (time depends on the size of the pieces of liver).

Enjoy your meal!
