How To Cook Pork Medallions With Mushrooms, Tomatoes And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of boneless pork
  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • spices

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the pork into portions, pound them well and seal on both sides until they turn red.

Steam the tomatoes, rinse under cold water and peel them.

Cut the mushrooms into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, mix them with the mushrooms, season and add the crushed garlic cloves.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Arrange the meat on a sheet of foil, put on each portion of the resulting mixture and close tightly with an aluminum sheet.

Place the packets on the oven rack and bake for 30 minutes.

Serve the dish hot.
