Learn how to cook "Pork neck rolls with cheese, prunes and cream sauce". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

1 kg pork neck
200 grams of cheese
200 grams of prunes
250 grams of sour cream with a fat content of 25%
1 tablespoon of olive oil
4 tablespoons of mustard seeds
2 teaspoons of dried basil
salt
black pepper

Method of preparation :

Pour warm prunes over warm water and allow to soften and swell.

Wash the meat and cut across the fibers into long pieces 2 cm thick, then beat.

Make a sauce by mixing sour cream with olive oil and mustard. Add basil, salt and pepper to taste, stir. Spread this fragrant combination on the pieces of meat on both sides.

Cut the cheese into small cubes and place one on each strip of pork neck. Distribute the prunes so that the filling takes up about 1/4 of the meat base. Roll up rolls, arrange in a pan and bake in the oven for about 40-60 minutes at 180 degrees.

The appetizer is incredibly tasty, worth a try.

Enjoy your meal!
