Required products :
1 kg pork ribs
125 milliliters apple cider vinegar
60 milliliters chili sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
green chili peppers (canned)
dried oregano and salt to taste
oil
Method of preparation :
Stew the ribs for 40-50 minutes until soft.
Make the marinade, mixing in a blender chili sauce with apple cider vinegar, add sugar (better use brown), finely chopped green chili pepper, salt and oregano to taste, and pour the oil. Smash everything.
Grill the ribs, turning them periodically and spreading this sauce.
