How To Cook Pork Ribs In Honey Sauce With Mustard And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of pork ribs
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1-2 bay leaves
  • 5 grains of black pepper
  • ground red pepper
  • ground black pepper
  • left

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the ribs, remove all the skins from them, cut them into portions.

Place a saucepan of water on the hob. When the liquid boils, put the ribs, 1-2 bay leaves, black peppercorns and cook for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the marinade.

Mash the garlic cloves with a press and mix with the mustard, honey, salt and both types of ground pepper (sweet red and black). Stir until smooth.

Remove the pan from the heat, drain the water and remove the ribs to a plate. Wait for them to cool a bit and then put them in the marinade dish. Stir well so that the sauce covers the meat on all sides.

Leave the pork to marinate for 2 hours (or more), after which you can roast the ribs in a pan, oven or grill. Whichever way you choose, they will turn out delicious. It is important to remember to water them periodically with honey sauce.

If you choose the oven, use a pre-greased pan, and the required baking time is 20 minutes.
