Soak chickpeas in cold water for several hours (or the night before). When it swells well and absorbs the water, rinse it, pour clean water and bring to a boil (about 40 minutes).
During this time, cut the ribs and bake them in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes on each side (do not use fat and salt), a brown crust should form. Put them in a bowl.
Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry them in olive oil until golden. Then add the capers, finely chopped tomatoes, oregano, salt and chopped dill.
Let everything simmer for 5 minutes. Put the ribs and cooked chickpeas in the resulting aromatic sauce. Add salt to taste and pour half a cup of water. Stir, close the garden with a lid and let the dish simmer for 20 minutes (or until ready).
Serve hot. Perfectly combined with fresh tomatoes and lettuce.
