Necessary products:

  • 700 grams of pork ribs
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 1 small zucchini (can be replaced with eggplant)
  • 1 large carrot
  • 3 - 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Bay leaf
  • rosemary
  • dill
  • left
  • pepper
  • spices for meat

Method of preparation:

Wash the ribs, dry them and cut.

 

Sprinkle with spices and salt. Put in a bowl, add the mustard, bay leaf and let the meat marinate for at least an hour.

 

Cut onions and carrots into large straws and zucchini into circles.

 

Peel the potatoes and cut into quarters. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with dill, add chopped garlic and 2 tablespoons of oil. Mix everything well.

 

Put potatoes, zucchini, onions and carrots in a baking sleeve. Spread the ribs on top and close the sleeve.

 

Put it in a pan and put in the oven preheated to 190 - 200 degrees. Let the dish cook until ready (1 hour is enough for pork ribs, and if you use beef or lamb, you will need at least an hour and a half).

 

If desired, cut the sleeve 5 - 10 minutes before removing from the oven to form an appetizing crispy crust. Check the readiness of the meat with a knife - if it "enters" easily into the ribs, then it is ready. Remove the contents of the sleeve, transfer to a suitable container, remove the sprig of rosemary. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and green onions.
