Learn how to cook "Pork ribs with potatoes, onions and mushrooms in the oven". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 kilograms of pork ribs
  • 2.5 kilograms of potatoes
  • 300 grams of mushrooms
  • 3 carrots
  • 4 onions
  • spices to taste

Method of preparation :

Peel and slice the potatoes, cut the ribs into portions and season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with a little oil.

Pour the potatoes into a pan, place the ribs on them and place the dish in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees for about 30-40 minutes until the ribs turn red.

Meanwhile, cut the carrots, mushrooms and onions (onions - into thin circles). Mix the mushrooms and carrots in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper, sprinkle with vegetable oil and pour over the potatoes with the ribs.

Return the pan to the oven and let the dish cook until the vegetables turn red. Then put the onion rings, pour a little water, cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Then remove the foil, move the pan to the highest level of the oven and let the onion bake.

Onions can be marinated in vinegar, mushrooms can be lightly fried with carrots - in this case the baking time will be less.
