How To Cook Pork Roll Stuffed With Chicken And Dried Apricots - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 kg pork neck (whole piece)
  • head of garlic
  • black pepper and salt
  • breadcrumbs
  • mayonnaise

For the filling:

  • 500 grams of chicken fillet
  • 300 grams of dried apricots

For garnish:

  • potatoes
  • cauliflower / cauliflower
  • carrots

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the dried apricots, dry them. Peel a clove of garlic and finely chop the cloves.

Cut the chicken fillet into thin pieces, which you pound and season.

Cut the pork in half, without dividing it into two separate parts. It will turn out like a book. Knock it too, sprinkle with pepper and salt.

Spread half of the garlic on the surface of the meat and the chicken fillet on top. Put apricots and the rest of the garlic on it, roll it up. Tie it with a suitable string and place in a baking sleeve.

Put for 50 minutes in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Then cut the sleeve, spread the roll with mayonnaise, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and return to the oven for another 30-40 minutes.

Boil potatoes, carrots and cauliflower as a side dish to the finished meat dish.
