Required products :
700 grams of pork fillet
420 grams of mushrooms
1 head light
150 grams of yellow
salt and pepper a
few sprigs of parsley (can dill)
500 grams of potatoes
2 eggs
breading flour
frying oil
Method of preparation :
Cut the meat into 10 pieces, hammer and season to taste.
Cut onions and mushrooms into small pieces, fry them in oil until done. Season to taste and add the grated yellow cheese and chopped parsley.
Put a little of the delicious stuffing at the end of each piece of pork and form rolls.
Roll them in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and finally - in pre-peeled and finely grated potatoes.
Fry the rolls on all sides in hot oil until golden brown. Once this is done, arrange them in a pan and bake until done (about 15-20 minutes) in a preheated oven (180 degrees).
Serve with a salad of fresh vegetables.
