Learn how to cook "Pork rolls stuffed with pineapple and yellow cheese in wine sauce". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
500 grams of pork
salt and pepper
For the stuffing:
4 circles of canned pineapple
100 grams of yellow cheese
7 circles of ham (or ham sausage)
120 milliliters of white wine
120 milliliters of pineapple juice
120 milliliters of meat broth
3 tablespoons oil
Method of preparation :
Cut the meat into 7 thin pieces, which you pound and season with salt and ground black pepper.
Cut the ham and pineapple, grate the yellow cheese, mix the products in a bowl.
Spread the stuffing on the pork pieces, form rolls, fasten them with toothpicks and fry on all sides in hot oil.
Then arrange the rolls in a tray.
With the fat left in the pan, pour the wine, pineapple juice and broth. Heat the combination and pour it into the rolls in the pan.
Bake them in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Then turn to the other side and let it cook for as long.
If you choose, you can stew in a suitable dish on the stove in a small amount of fat.
Remove the prepared rolls on a plate, remove the toothpicks, pour the sauce and serve (maybe with a garnish of boiled rice).
