Required products :
1 kg of pork (for steaks)
300 grams of dried prunes without stones
200 grams of sour cream
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Cut the meat thinly and pound it.
Cut the prunes into small pieces and spread the meat on one end of the strip. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Roll up the rolls, which you fasten with toothpicks.
Heat a little oil in a pan and "seal the rolls" in it, frying them until golden brown.
Arrange them in a pan and pour a little hot water. Put on the stove to simmer for about 20 minutes. Pour some of the broth and mix it with the sour cream. Add the resulting sauce to the meat dish and remove from the heat.
