Learn how to cook "Pork rolls with ham and pickles stewed in sauce". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
750 grams of pork fillet (you can use beef)
250 grams of ham or bacon
200 grams of pickles
salt and pepper to taste
For the sauce:
200 milliliters of tomato sauce
water or vegetable broth to taste a
few tablespoons of sour cream
spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Cut the meat into pieces 1.5 - 2 centimeters thick. Knock them and season on both sides with salt and pepper.
Put a thin slice of ham and a few strips of pickles on top of each. Form rolls that you can attach with toothpicks.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls in it until golden and then remove the sticks.
Pour the water and tomato sauce into the bowl, let the dish simmer for 30-40 minutes. At the end of cooking, add the cream and season to taste.
