Required products :

1.5 kilograms of pork fillet

3 - 4 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

100 grams of yellow cheese (must be hard)

frying oil

salt and pepper

toothpicks

Method of preparation :

Cut the meat into pieces about 1.5 cm thick and pound them on both sides.

 

Mix mayonnaise, mustard, crushed garlic and mix well.

 

Season the meat on both sides with salt and pepper and spread it with a thin layer of the resulting sauce.

 

Put a piece of yellow cheese on one side and roll it up.

 

Secure it with a toothpick.

 

Fry the rolls in hot oil on each side for about a minute until a reddish crust forms.

 

Then arrange them in a saucepan, pour a little hot water (to cover about 1 cm from the height of the dish), close with a lid and let simmer for about 20 minutes.

 

You can serve with a garnish of mashed potatoes and salad.
