Cut the meat into pieces close to that of the pineapple rings. Wrap each steak in cling film and beat.
Beat the eggs (with a fork), adding 2-3 tablespoons of water and a tablespoon of oil.
Roll the meat in flour, then dip in the egg sauce and finally put in the breadcrumbs.
Lightly fry the pork on both sides in a little oil and arrange in a pan.
Place a piece of exotic fruit on each schnitzel, sprinkle with pre-grated yellow cheese and place the dish in the oven.
The dish is baked for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
Garnish with green onions or other green spice.
