Necessary products:
2 pork shanks
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon olive oil
basil and black pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
Make the marinade by mixing black pepper, basil, olive oil, ketchup, mayonnaise and crushed garlic. Spread it well on the shanks and put them in the fridge for 30-40 minutes to taste. This time is enough, but in general, the longer they stay, the tastier they become. Then put them in a pan, cover with foil and bake until done (about 2 hours) until a golden crust is formed and the meat begins to separate easily from the bone.
