Required products :
20 milliliters of oil
5 grams of ground black pepper
1 kilogram of pork shoulder (or meat of your choice)
300 grams of yellow cheese
10 cloves of garlic
mayonnaise tastes
salty
Method of preparation :
Cut the meat into pieces 15 centimeters long and 2 centimeters thick. Beat them well on both sides and season with salt to taste.
Mash the peeled garlic cloves and mix with the ground black pepper. Grate the cheese.
Arrange the meat in a greased pan and generously spread each piece with the spicy combination, then add mayonnaise to taste and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake the steaks in a preheated oven to 220 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
