Required products :

  • 500 grams of pork ribs or other bones
  • 1 cup dried peas
  • 3 potatoes
  • head old onion
  • 1-2 carrots
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil

 

Method of preparation :

Soak the peas for an hour or two (or overnight) in cold water to cook faster.

 

Wash the ribs, pour 2 liters of water and place the dish on the stove.

 

Once the broth boils, remove the foam that will form, and then pour the peas into it.

 

Then add a whole peeled potato. Boil everything for half an hour.

Peel an onion and a carrot. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Fry them together for about 10 minutes in oil.
