Tender and juicy grilled pork chops marinated in honey, soy sauce and hot red pepper. Superbly delicious dinner for a special occasion.

Required products :

  • 1/4 tea cup honey
  • 1/2 tea cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (pressed)
  • hot red pepper flakes
  • 4 pork chops

Method of preparation :

Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic cloves and hot red pepper. Put the steaks in the sauce and leave to marinate for 2 hours.

Heat the grill over medium heat and bake the flavored steaks for 8 minutes on each side. Do not turn them earlier, but wait for the time and turn once, so they will be as juicy as possible.

Let the meat rest for 5 minutes before serving, so you will ensure the preservation of all the juices in it.

Serve the pork chops with a glass of red wine and a garnish of potato salad with spinach and cheese if desired.

Enjoy your meal

Advices:

If you have more time, marinate the steaks overnight in a covered container and store in the refrigerator to absorb all the aromas and flavors.

Prepare steaks in the oven, so you can use the sauce in which you marinated the meat. If you like wine sauce, add 1-2 teaspoons of red wine. Pre-grease the pan or glass pan in which you will roast the meat and preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Bake until ready.

When flavoring meat, use mustard, if you like or flavor the steaks only with salt, pepper and fat.
