Necessary products:

2 pieces of pork fillet

1 green apple

1 onion

1 p.m. л. Dijon bitterness

salt, garlic powder and ground black pepper - to taste

1/4 tsp dried thyme

For the marinade:

2 tablespoons olive oil

juice of 1 lemon

2 cloves garlic

1 tsp thyme

Method of preparation:

Wash and dry the meat. Cut each of the fillet pieces in half lengthwise, leaving about 1 cm at the ends uncut. Prepare the marinade by mixing all the products for it. Then spread the pork with the mixture, put it in a deep bowl and pour the remaining marinade over it. Leave at room temperature for 3 hours.

Peel an onion, cut it into semicircles and fry it in olive oil until soft. Add salt, pepper, mustard and thyme. Mix everything well and fill the resulting pockets of meat with the mixture. Close the ends with toothpicks. Fry on both sides in well-heated fat. Then, in the same pan, fry the apple, cut into thin slices for about 20 seconds on each side.

Place the finished meat on a plate and arrange the apple slices on top. You can serve.
