Required products :

  • 450 grams of minced pork
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1/4 tea cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons sriracha sauce (or other hot sauce)
  • 200 grams of green beans
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander

Method of preparation :

In a large skillet, heat over medium heat and fry the minced meat until browned. Set it aside on a plate.

Return the pan to the hob, add the oil and stew the crushed garlic cloves. Cut the onion and fry it for 4 minutes until soft. Cut the eggplant into circles, then into halves and salt it. Allow to drain for a few minutes and fry. Add the pepper, cut into small pieces. Stew for 3-4 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar and sriracha sauce. Add the green beans and meat to the pan, pour over the sauce and stir so that each piece in your dish tastes good. Cook until all the vegetables are completely cooked.

Finally, sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve with a glass of red wine.
