Required products :

4 pork chops about 120 grams each
2 tablespoons olive oil
and ground black pepper to taste
1.5 teaspoons dark seedless grapes
2 tablespoons chopped shallots
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon red wine
1 teaspoon chicken broth
2 teaspoons chopped tarragon
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar


Method of preparation :

Season the meat with salt and ground black pepper and fry it briefly in hot olive oil on both sides until it forms a brownish crust (about 6 minutes).
Remove the steaks to a bowl or plate and close with a lid.
Cut the grapes into two parts and pour into a suitable container, which you place on the stove. Three minutes later, add the onion, sugar and cook until the sweet crystals melt. Then pour the vinegar, a minute later the wine and let the mixture boil for about 3 minutes on high heat.
Pour the broth and after 5 minutes put the meat in the sauce. When done, remove to a plate and continue to cook the sauce for another 2 minutes to thicken. Add the tarragon to it and pour over the pork.
