500 grams of pork fillet
500 grams of fresh mushrooms
1 zucchini
dill
Bay leaf
salt and ground black pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:
Wash, dry and cut the fillet into medium pieces. Add salt and fry in oil until golden. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and the zucchini into small cubes.
Grease the casserole with a little oil, put some of the meat, then mushrooms, salt and pepper. Pour the zucchini over the mushrooms and salt again. Pour a little water and add bay leaf to taste. Close the casserole and place for about an hour in the oven at 200 degrees. Then reduce the temperature and leave in the oven for another 30 minutes. You can sprinkle with grated cheese and bake.
