Required products :

4 pieces of pork fillet about 400 grams each
4 tablespoons oil
12 leaves (900 grams) ready puff pastry
1 kg mushrooms
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
4 egg yolks
4 tablespoons cooking
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Wash the meat, dry it and season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the pork on both sides until golden brown.
Arrange 3 layers of dough on top of each other and roll out into a rectangle measuring 20 x 30 cm.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Wash the mushrooms, dry them and cut into pieces.
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Fry them in the remaining oil until translucent, then add the mushrooms, salt, pepper and let everything cook for 5-7 minutes. Drain the resulting liquid.

Spread the mushroom stuffing on the dough, put the meat on it and wrap. Wet the ends with water and pinch. In this way, make 4 portions, which you arrange in a tray, the bottom of which you have previously moistened with cold water.

Beat the yolks with the cream and spread the dough. Bake the dish in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
