Required products :
1 kg of potatoes
300 grams of pork (preferably breast)
1 carrot
1 onion
100 grams of prunes
2 bay leaves
6 grains of allspice
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces. Also cut the meat into large pieces and fry lightly, then add the finely chopped onions and carrots. Fry until the onion turns red.
Put the prepared potatoes in a suitable container, add the prunes (pitted), the meat and pour a little water (but it does not completely cover the products). Add the bay leaves, allspice, salt and other spices if desired. Place the dish in the oven and let the dish simmer for about an hour (or until all the products are ready).
