Required products :

700 grams of pork
400 grams of sauerkraut
100 grams of onion
150 grams of carrots
400 grams of potatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
oil
salt and bay leaf
ground black pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Put the cabbage and meat in a saucepan, fill with water and place on the stove. Let them cook for an hour and a half.

 

Peel the potatoes, cut them into medium-sized cubes.

 

Grate the carrots.

 

Finely chop the onion.

 

Then fry the vegetables until golden in hot oil and add the tomato paste to them.

 

Remove the meat from the pan, chop it into pieces, remove the bones, if any. Return to the bowl with the cabbage.

 

Add the fried vegetables, potatoes, spices and cook until the potatoes are ready.

 

The dish is ready. Adjust its density with the amount of water.
