Cut the pork fillet into pieces 1.5-2 cm in size, pound them lightly and sprinkle with pepper and salt on both sides.
Heat the oil over medium heat and fry the meat until done, turning periodically. It takes about 2-3 minutes on each side, then remove from the heat and place a lid on the dish. Let the pork cool while you make the sauce.
Wash the spinach, dry it and cut the leaves into strips.
Melt the butter in a pan, add the crushed garlic and then the spinach. Fry until the leaves lose their volume, and then pour the cream. Stew for 3 minutes and finally season with salt and ground black pepper.
Put the pork in the sauce, stir and serve immediately while hot.
As a side dish it is appropriate to offer mashed potatoes, rice or pasta.
