Necessary products:

1 teaspoon corn flour

3 teaspoons fresh milk

100 grams of yellow cheese

20 pitted olives

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic

salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

Mix the milk with half a glass of water and add the crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove the garlic and add the flour, pouring a thin stream of it and stir constantly (use a wooden spoon). Let the dish cook on low heat for about 20 minutes. Then reduce the heat to a minimum and add the finely grated yellow cheese, then the olive oil with spices of your choice and the chopped olives. Mix everything carefully and remove the pan from the heat. Pour the porridge on greased paper, level the surface and cool. Cut into squares (5 cm) and fry in a pan with olive oil on both sides until golden brown.

You can serve the dish both hot and cold.
