Necessary products:

5 large potatoes (or at your discretion)

150-200 grams of chicken fillet and breast

50-100 grams of butter

salt and spices - to taste

oil to lubricate the pan

Method of preparation:

Wash and peel the potatoes. Boil the fillet and cut it into small pieces. Also cut the breasts into small pieces. Melt the butter. Mix the fillet and breast in a bowl, add salt, spices, add half of the melted butter.

Cut the potatoes into circles, but do not cut to the bottom, you should get an "accordion". Cut a small part of the underside of the potato so that it becomes flat and the potato can stand on it. Fill the space between the circles with the stuffing and arrange the potatoes in a tray. Drizzle them with oil and put in the oven for 50-60 minutes. If the potatoes are very large, it will take more time.

Enjoy your meal!
