Necessary products for 2 servings:

300 grams of white fish fillet

4 large potatoes

50 grams of butter

1 onion

1 carrot

1 handful of green peas

100 grams of yellow cheese

4-6 sprigs of parsley

lemon juice

salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

Cut the fish into not very large pieces, put them in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, pour lemon juice and leave to marinate, but not more than 1 hour.

Boil the potatoes with the peels, peel and mash them with a fork. Season with salt, pepper, butter and mix well.

Peel onions and carrots and cut them into small cubes. Melt a little butter in a pan and simmer the vegetables over low heat until the onions are soft. Then add the fish and fry until done. Crush her!
