Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 70 - 100 g butter
  • 1 egg + 1 for spreading
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda or baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sol
  • 2 - 2.5 tsp flour
  • 1 tsp yogurt

For the stuffing:

  • boiled potatoes
  • ham
  • pickles
  • green onion
  • parsley

Method of preparation:

Melt the butter, mix it with the yoghurt, egg, salt and baking powder. Add the flour and knead a pliable dough. Wrap it in foil and leave it to rise.

For the filling: chop the ham and onion, grate the cucumbers and drain the liquid. Mix these products with mashed boiled potatoes, season with salt and other spices of your choice, add chopped parsley.

Divide the dough into 2 parts (let one be bigger than the other). Roll them out in the form of circles with a diameter of 5 - 7 cm, sprinkling the surface with flour. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, place the larger circle of dough, spread the filling evenly on it, cover with the other layer and pinch the edges.

Beat the other egg with 2 tablespoons of water, pierce the surface of the pie with a fork and spread with the egg. Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven until golden brown.

Enjoy your meal!
