Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 handfuls of scalded nettle
  • 1-2 stalks of fresh onions
  • salt, pepper
  • half a bunch of fresh mint
  • 2 eggs for breading
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • frying fat
  • 1 clove garlic

 

Method of preparation:

 

Boil, peel the potatoes and puree them, to which add two eggs, chopped nettles and onions, salt and pepper to taste. Stir the mixture and finely chop the mint and garlic.

Form croquettes with the help of two spoons. Dip the croquettes in the beaten eggs, then roll them in flour and fry in hot fat. Drain on a kitchen roll and serve warm.
