Boil the potatoes, still warm, put them in a bowl and add the melted cheese. Add finely chopped fresh dill and season with salt and pepper.
Stir and form potato balls. Arrange on a plate. Heat the butter, fry the onions and mushrooms. Pour the cooking cream and stir.
Season with lemon juice, add sour cream and remove the sauce from the heat. Scrape with a ladle and garnish the potatoes. Sprinkle with parsley and oregano. Serve and enjoy.
