How To Cook Potato Baskets With Mushrooms And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

5 potatoes
200 grams mushrooms
1 onion
1 tablespoon sour cream
salt to taste
oil
50 grams yellow cheese
1 bunch dill
fresh cucumber for decoration

Preparation :
Wash the potatoes and boil them in water for 10 minutes (maximum).
When cool enough, start shaping the baskets. Cut each potato as shown in the photo.


Then, with the help of a spoon, carve the inner part and make the handle.


Using a sharp knife, cut a braid / net on the surface of the potatoes.

 

 

The stuffing.
Boil the mushrooms, let them cool. Leave some of them for decoration and cut the rest into small pieces. Peel an onion and chop finely. Fry it together with the mushrooms in a little oil and transfer to a bowl. Add the cream, finely chopped dill and salt to taste. Stir and fill the potato baskets with the resulting mixture.


Put a piece of yellow cheese on top of each and arrange them in a pan, the bottom of which you have greased with oil.


Bake them in an oven preheated to 170-180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. You can wrap them in foil, then you will need about 15-20 minutes of baking.
Decorate the dish with the reserved mushrooms and pieces of fresh cucumber.
