How To Cook Potato Baskets With Red Beans, Corn And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

140 grams of canned red beans "
140 grams of canned corn
1 kg of potatoes
100 grams of tofu cheese
100 grams of soy flour (you can usually use)
100 grams of butter
100 grams of parmesan or other hard cheese / yellow cheese
pinch of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon ground black pepper or a mixture of different types of pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

Boil the potatoes until ready, peel them and mash together with some of the butter, add the grated tofu and nutmeg.

Mix the puree with the flour and form baskets with your hands from the dough. Arrange them in a pan and bake for 15-20 minutes (until golden).

Drain the liquid from the beans and corn and fry the beans in the remaining oil. Season with salt and pepper, then fill the baskets with the combination.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, yellow cheese or other suitable cheese. If desired, bake for 5 minutes in the oven until the coating melts.
