Required products :
2 tea cups chilled mashed potatoes
strips of bacon
1 egg
1/2 tea cup breadcrumbs
yellow
salt and ground black pepper to taste
toothpicks
frying oil
sour cream to serve
Method of preparation :
Mix the mashed potatoes with the egg in a large bowl and season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. From the combination form balls, in the middle of each put a piece of cheese. Then roll in breadcrumbs, wrap in strips of bacon and secure with toothpicks. Fry the bites in a large amount of hot oil for about 2-3 minutes until a golden crust forms on the surface.
Remove the finished bites on paper so that it can absorb excess fat.
Serve the appetizer warm while the yellow cheese is melted, with sour cream.
