Method of preparation:
Boil and peel the potatoes. Put them in a bowl and add parmesan, salt and pepper.
Press the vegetables with a press and form balls from the resulting puree.
Squeeze them with the palm of your hand and add a slice of prosciutto and mozzarella.
Fold the edges, form a ball and with the help of two forks roll it in breadcrumbs.
Do the rest in the same way, cover a tray with a sheet of parchment and arrange the potato bombs.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
Cool, divide into portions and serve.
