How To Cook Potato Bombs With Yellow Cheese And Chicken - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 50 grams of butter
  • salt, pepper
  • 20 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 3-4 tablespoons tomato paste
  • chopped fresh basil and oregano
  • 300 grams of chicken breast
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • olive oil for frying
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • a few sprigs of fresh dill
  •  

Method of preparation:

 

Boil the potatoes in salted water, cool them and peel them. Put them in a bowl and add the milk, butter, salt and pepper. Puree them. Scrape a part, make it into a ball and put it on a sheet of transparent foil.

Roll out, cover the puree with a sheet of parchment. Make the rest of the puree in the same way and set aside. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry finely chopped garlic and chicken, cut into juliennes. Season with curry, dill, tomato paste and oregano or basil.

Stir and after 5-10 minutes cool the mixture. Put some of it on each rolled potato ball, sprinkle with yellow cheese and wrap the bombs with the help of the stretch foil. Cool for an hour and serve, garnished with paprika and green spices of your choice.
