Cut the carrots into cubes and stew them in butter and a small amount of water (or use potato decoction). Then pass them through a sieve and add the chopped boiled eggs, sugar and salt to taste.
Boil the potatoes. While still warm, mash and beat the raw egg in them, pour the flour and add salt.
Divide into pieces, make them flat (1 cm thick) and in the middle of each put the carrot mixture.
Give the cakes the desired shape and arrange them in a tray. Drizzle with melted butter and bake until golden brown in the oven.
Serve with sour cream
