Required products :

750 - 800 grams of flour

200 - 280 milliliters of fresh milk

200 milliliters of water

70 - 80 milliliters of oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

5 grams of dry fast-acting yeast

100 grams of butter

500 grams of potatoes

500 grams of cheese (sheep)

Method of preparation :

In a suitable bowl, pour 700 grams of flour, add salt and yeast.

Put water on the stove and when it boils, remove from the heat. Mix it with milk and 50 milliliters of oil. The temperature of the mixture should be 40 - 45 degrees.

Pour the flour into the liquid combination and knead a soft dough, which is greased with oil.

Cover it with a towel and leave in a warm place for 40-50 minutes. When it rises, knead again and cover with a towel for another 20-30 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the filling. Crush or grate the cheese (you can use yellow cheese or another type of cheese of your choice).

Peel the potatoes, boil them until ready and mash them without draining the water in which they were cooked.

Mix the cheese and mashed potatoes, if necessary, pour 100 milliliters of milk. The filling is ready.

Turn on the oven to heat, the temperature should be 250 - 270 (in extreme cases - 220).

Divide the dough into 3-4 parts.

Sprinkle the plate with flour and placing each ball on the floured surface, form cakes by hand (do not roll).

In the middle of each loaf put the filling and "close" tightly, turning the edges of the dough to the center. Pinch the "tip" that forms.

Then carefully tap the dough with your fingers and palms until the ball turns into a flat loaf with a diameter of about 30 centimeters.

All this must be done very carefully so as not to break the dough.

Again, it should not be rolled, just pressed with your hands and not stretched.

Make a hole in the middle of each loaf.

Put the dough in a greased pan (maybe lined with foil or covered with baking paper).

About 20 minutes are enough to bake these potato delicacies. Depending on your oven, you may need to turn on the other side.

Grease the finished with plenty of oil.

Enjoy your meal!
